Aroma: Aromas of cherry, rose petals, with beginning of maturity, tobacco and vanilla. 
Taste: Elegant andrich, fresh fruit-flavored taste with a distinctive character of cherry, dark spices and chocolate. Balanced acid combined with smooth tannins
and delicate oak character.

Food pairing: Excellent food wine, pairs perfectly with dishes of veal or creamy mushroom risotto with truffles and matured cheeses from the region of Piemonte.

Production and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked from Barolo (Langhe, Piemonte) and matured for two years in large Slavonian oak barrels and thereafter rested one year in the bottle.
