Il Nostro Rosso
Color: Dark, blueish red.
Aroma: Fresh aromas of blackberries, plums and spicy herbs together with chocolate and hints of oak.
Taste: Il Nostro has a very fresh taste with soft tannins, rich fruit with hints of cherries, rose hip and hints of oak character.
Food pairing: Pasta dishes as well as grilled meat of pork, lamb and beef and aged cheese.
Production and maturation: The grapes are hand picked and then vinified using both traditional and modern methods. The fermentation is done at 25°C in stainless steel tanks with daily overpumping and délestage two times per day.
