Color: Dark red.
Aroma: Generous delicious scent of sweet plum and blackcurrant fruit, toasted oak notes and hints of chocolate and vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied with powerful taste, dark berry fruit, very fresh and quite rough with hints of licorice and rich tannins.
Food pairing: Goes very well with meat dishes, lamb, beef and game.
Production and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand, specially selected from vineyards in Lodi sub-region, famous for its premium quality Zinfandel grapes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured in American oak to attain the Reserve designation. Only light filtration before bottling.
